How to Make Windows 11 Look Like Windows 10

If Windows 11's design change has been hard to get used to, you can revert several of its visual elements to something closer to Windows 10 with no third-party programs.

Settings → Personalisation → Taskbar → "Taskbar behaviours" → Alignment → "Left".
A more classic Start menu

Remove the desktop weather widget/icon
Right-click the taskbar → "Taskbar settings" → turn off "Widgets".
