Different from installing a local printer — here you're connecting to a printer that's already shared by another PC, or directly on the Wi-Fi network.
- Settings → Bluetooth & devices → "Printers & scanners" → "Add device".
- If it's your own Wi-Fi printer, it should show up directly in the automatic search.
- If it's shared from another PC: "Add manually" → "Add a Bluetooth,
wireless or network discoverable printer" — or type directly
\\pc-name\printer-name.
For the connection to work from another PC, that machine needs to be turned on and actively sharing the printer — if they turn it off, you won't be able to print through that route either.
